Car Hire £50 more expensive than Apex Car Hire.

Worst experience ever. Went to return the van at the end of the day. The man in the picture is claiming I my son was driving uninsured on the road when he wasn’t. Just because he saw him get out of the drivers seat. Claiming he has cctv footage of him driving on the main road - full of lies. Now saying im not going to get all of the deposit back and £100 will be deducted. Obviously hungry for money even though we left £20 extra in the fuel tank after being given it empty. Very rude man swearing at us because we have a video of him illegally using/speaking on his phone and driving the vans around. He has been reported to the police and they are in possession of the incident. Avoid at all costs. Better off going with a more larger well known company. Absurd behaviour!

I've used choice vehicle rentals at least a dozen times over the last year or two, in Hassocks and in Uckfield, and they have been fantastic every single time. The staff are always helpful and really friendly, and they make the whole process of renting and returning the car/van relaxing and stress free. They're also the cheapest rental place around. I cant recommend these guys enough.

First rate car hire. Staff are really helpful and if they can release vehicle a few hours earlier than booked they will contact you to give you the option. Used them twice in last few weeks and both times has been 5 stars. The two different cars hired were clean, comfortable, fuel efficient and reliable. Excellent face to face friendly and efficient customer service - a special mention to Bob/Rob at Uckfield (Piltdown) who is so good at his job and goes above and beyond - thanks so much👍.

Vans and vehicles have drastically improved. Kept in good condition. Guy at the main desk is friendly but a bit chatty some times.

Excellent service and a great 'can-do' attitude. Helped massively when Enterprise van hire let me down with hire of a van going to France and back. Will be using again!

I didn’t get my deposit back?! I handed the van back a day early, dusted out and cleaned . I was told it would “float back into my account” whatever that means! I have checked my balance and added everything up and no money has been returns . No reason and £100 down , not happy.
