What a wonderful experience! My brother and I took our mum as a treat for Mother's Day and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff and owners were all so lovely and very informative, they're all clearly very passionate about the animals as well as making a great day out for all who visit. We had a very thorough talk about how best to walk the Alpacas and Llamas, along with the background of the farm. The walk itself was gorgeous (even if the great British weather meant it was a very wet one!) and the Alpacas and Llamas were such great company. We then had the pleasure of giving them carrot treats to their evident delight, before having the chance to meet and spend some time with the Mums and Babies in their field. I couldn't recommend Spring Farm highly enough, the only downside was that we were unable to take Buttons, Tiffin, and Ziggy home with us!

I booked this experience for my daughter as she loves Alpacas. We were due to visit on the weekend on a Sunday. On Friday my daughter injured her knee, later confirmed as a dislocated knee by the hospital and she was given crutches to walk with and a knee brace. We contacted Spring Farm Alpacas to advise our predicament and that our daughter could not walk without crutches, understanding their 48 hour cancellation policy. They have confirmed that they will not extend our booking! They offered my daughter the option to sit in a barn and feed the alpacas even though this gift is a walking experience and what she really wanted to do and experience. So realistically they expect my daughter to walk with crutches and lead an alpaca, on uneven farm/woodland. Surely a family orientated business would have the right to exercise discretionary policy changes on a case by case basis where due to circumstances of injury that result in no allowance for taking part in this event. I would avoid this company at all costs, there are other similar experiences available. I have only given 1 star for the fact that you cannot give no stars. Just be aware of their stance and policy and that they clearly are just interested in taking your money!

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. We did the alpaca walking experience and it was incredible. The humans were fantastic, the little alpaca guys were amazing, and the whole vibe was BRILLIANT. Five stars. Wish I could give more ✌️

Such a lovely experience- Chris and Vicky are obviously so passionate about their llamas and alpacas and so it is lovely to be part of an aninal experience where the animals seem utterly unbothered by your presence! You're given instructions at the start about handling the alpacas/llamas so you're clear on how to walk with them and then it is a really calm, pleasant walk through the fields - we went at a gentle pace and learnt more about alpacas as we went and got a chance to feed them at two separate occasions. At the end we got to meet the mothers and babies which felt really special.
At the start you need to dip your shoes in antiseptic liquid - dont be foolish like me and my partner and wear either light or mesh trainers! Great experience - i would go again.

We had such a wonderful experience at Spring Farm. The alpacas are such sweet creatures and we thoroughly enjoyed learning all about them and taking them for a walk. You can see how well looked after and cared for they are here. I would highly recommend this day out!

Spring Farm Alpacas is a wonderful day out. We joined a group of walkers and chose an alpaca to walk with. The owners gave excellent instructions on how to lead the alpacas. The farm is beautiful and is maintained to encourage wildlife. We learnt a lot about alpacas and had a lovely walk in the countryside with a gorgeous boy. A day to remember.

I bought two tickets for a very dear friend's birthday. What an amazing experience! It was just the best day ever. We received a very warm welcome from the owners, and their staff. The alpacas are so beautiful, very gentle animals. They Do NOT spit, neither do the Llamas, they have been brought up kindly and that makes a huge difference. The walk was just the right length of time and very peaceful in beautiful meadows. All the Alpacas behaved really well and it was a joyful experience. We learnt quite a lot from the talk, everything was very well explained and it was really interesting.
I would highly recommend this lovely experience, which is well worth it and not expensive for the two hours. They do one walk a day so that everyone gets a quality experience, which of course also applies to the animals! Nice little gift shop with no pressure to buy, but I did anyway 😊.

We had a fantastic time on the alpaca and llama walk! The owners are very knowledgeable and obviously care about the animals very much - like a large and furry extended family! We were quickly made to feel at ease and comfortable on how to handle/walk our alpacas. All were adorable, our group had around 12 and we had the pleasure of walking Quinn and Louis. They were very well behaved and enjoyed scoffing down the leaves and carrots we fed them!
We really enjoyed the experience and would thoroughly recommend Spring Farm Alpacas to anyone.

My first trip back to visit England after moving back to Singapore in 2020. Spring Farm visit has always been in my plan before I moved back. The online booking of alpaca walk was fuss free and the taxis from Hayward Heath too is convenient , the taxi driver also showed up on agreed time to pick me up after the walk .
I had such a good times joining the walk yesterday (21Oct) and too excited to see so many alpacas and Llama and I forgot to ask all the questions 😃Kaitlyn led the alpaca walk and shared so much info about them .I could see how everyone in the farm does genuinely care about the alpacas, just imagine they remember each of the alpaca's name !I had the pleasure to walk Yuri.He walked beautifully and such a beautiful boy ! I wish to bring him home . After the walk,we get to meet the mother and baby alpacas .
I am extremely happy to finally make it to Spring Farm during my 1 week visit in England and I hope to return again and again to learn more about alpacas whenever I am in town.Highly recommend to everyone and I look forward for the photos taken by Kaitlyn ! ☺️

What a brilliant experience! I had the pleasure of walking Snoopy who was very good on his walk. The lady in charge was very knowledgeable and everyone working there was super friendly. All their animals are really well looked after and therefore very friendly to people. I'd recommend this to anyone that needs a good smile in their life. Everyone there seemed to be having great fun.
